You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original box without signs of wear. MELEK.LK reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method via PayHere. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact Us page with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
